To access a 12-month script please book an appointment with your registered provider. The appointment should be solely for this prescription.
This will ensure that you are up to date with recordings and screening tests and there is the opportunity to discuss when to be reviewed.
The scripts that are likely to be provided for 1 year are contraceptives, established HRT and endocrine replacement, medications for prevention, gout treatment.
Medications timings for blood pressure, diabetes, hypertension and asthma are at the discretion of the provider.
We will not be providing scripts for ADHD and psychiatric medications longer than 3 months for medicolegal reasons.
We are currently unable to provide an ADHD assessment service.
